What this does
The stocked blend is 10 mg total: 5 mg CJC-1295 and 5 mg ipamorelin. In 2 mL that is 5 mg/mL of blend, or 2.5 mg/mL of each. A draw delivering 100 mcg of ipamorelin delivers 100 mcg of CJC-1295 with it, because the ratio is fixed.

What is in a CJC-1295 and ipamorelin vial?
The stocked vial is 10 mg co-lyophilized as 5 mg CJC-1295 plus 5 mg ipamorelin, a 1:1 ratio set at manufacture.
One thing to settle before any arithmetic: whether your CJC-1295 is the DAC or no-DAC form. They behave completely differently — the no-DAC form pulses, the DAC form does not — and blends are usually the no-DAC version. The CJC-1295 guide covers the difference.

What has been studied
Ipamorelin reached a Phase III trial, in postoperative ileus, and missed its endpoint. Development stopped there. Zero randomized trials cover muscle, fat, aging or recovery — the reasons this blend is actually bought.

The trap on this one: micrograms against a milligram vial
1 mg = 1,000 mcg. This blend is labeled in milligrams and dosed in micrograms, and the per-compound halving sits on top of that. Two conversions in one calculation is why this vial produces more arithmetic errors than any other.
Work it in one direction. Pick the compound you are targeting, set its dose with the unit selected explicitly, and remember the concentration for that compound is half the blend concentration. Then check what the same draw delivers of the other one.

Is the concentration per compound or total?
The tool works from the total in the vial. For a 1:1 blend, halve the result for the per-compound concentration. That halving is the step most often missed.
