Can you get hexarelin with a prescription?

No. It has never been approved as a medicine, so there's no product for a prescriber to name. Compounding pharmacies can't fill the gap either, because they work from approved drugs or from bulk substances the FDA has cleared.

Is hexarelin stronger than ipamorelin?

What we're watching

Two things. The first is whether the cardiac and renal work moves past rodent models into anything human. That literature is young, and we haven't seen a controlled trial. The second is the FDA's bulk-drug-substances list. Hexarelin isn't on it, and if that ever changes the compounding channel opens. Until it does, the single route stands.
